how can I file for a petition F2B unmarried son of a Green Card holder, f I already have a petition filed for me as a brother of a U. citizen F4
will I be able to convert from F4 to F2B

Multiple people can petition you. They are independent. You do not "convert" from one to the other. Each petitioner's priority date is separate and you cannot use one petitioner's priority date for another petitioner's petition.
