    I have a situation I hope you can help me ,
    My mom petitioned for me and my brothers , today , I receive a notice with a case number that I should pursue my petition or I will lose it , I have a case number , when my mom petitioned for me I was married and I had more children on the way
    my mom passed away I believe after I received the case number .
    can I proceed with my application, and still immigrate to the U.S , will all my children be included in the application ,
    what do I need to do in order to continue with my application even though the petitioner my mom passed away .
    what is section 204(I) relief , does it apply to my case

    Please help me

    Upon death of a USC petitioner, the filed I-130 must be revoked, except in spousal immediate relative I-130 cases. Section 204(I) applies if you are in the U.S. You still need to speak with an immigration attorney.
