can you fill us in? what happened?

What's wrong with picking up the phone and calling INS to report illegals? Where does it say on our constitution or other laws that a citizen cannot do this? Just because you don't like it or perhaps wants someone to report you or someone you know who is illegal is their business. I make sure I keep INS's number handy.
