admissibility to US with charges withdrawn

Can you enter the us when your charges are withdrawn with no convictions and no admission of guilt.

I'm assuming you have a valid visa or can otherwise enter the U.S.? They will not deny you entry since the charges were withdrawn. You may get questioned at secondary inspection point though, but they will let you through after.
