Hi,

You question is not clear. You have mentioned that USCIS have issued a visa 5 days before an Interview. I appreciate you if you can tell me what interview it is?

I applied for green card for my parents and they got denied. They applied for visitor visa before i applied for green card and they never answered. It took them a year then they issued the visitor visa 5 days before the interview?? What should i do

Sorry, what interview? If they were denied before the usual interview before the issuance of the immigrant visa, then any interview is irrelevant. If they were issued the non-immigrant visa before a scheduled non-immigrant interview there is no issue.
