Always good idea to tip interviewer. Put $100 on desk and say "I appreciate your help" and do a good wink. This how we do in Nigeria with all government officials and works every time.

Additionally, conditions are placed on a green card to prove the marriage is bona fide. That is what you need to prove - not your source of income.

    Good luck!

Think of it this way. She could have involuntarily lost her job with times being the way they are. I do not believe this will jeopardize getting your conditions removed.

    Any more answers please..

    Any other ideas?

    FYI- question
I would like to add a question here..
Before getting a GC my wife use to work and I was in the school (last semister). Once we got the temporary GC she quit her job and I got a great job and ofcourse after a couple of months she got pragnent..
So My question is, Is was necessary for her to keep her job for next two years till the conditional GC is changed to permanant? or it des not matters. We took right step, she quit the job as I got my temp GC? Please respond.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think it matters if she quit her job as long as you don't become a financial burden. Sounds like you are the breadwinner, so that's not the case.

If I wrong, I'm sure someone will come along and correct me.

Boss, the pics are not photoshop. They are real my baby is real, my house docs are real, hospital pics in surgery room where baby was born pics are real. marriage pics are real. everything is real. Photoshop, I believe a person will be stupid to take photoshop pics to interview. I mean every office has a technical department. do you know that its modern world If you have photoshop then a high school kid can get that its a photoshop.

Photoshopped pictures are not real; they want to see the true love in person !!! They have realized you are fraud; hence the interview !!!

The USCIS will randomly interview about 10% of I-751 applicants, regardless of being married still or not. I wouldn't worry about it just makes sure your wife is with you at the interview because it's required if you joint filed.
