    They don't advertise how often they hold them, so you can't check it like processing times. Best I can suggest is google waiting times for DC and you may find threads on others experiences.

    what about; someone under 4th preference who's priority date in now current (7/1996) but last entered 2003, do they need to have proof of 12/2000???

    is it true that a spouse of a LPR, even though entered legally, can not adjust here in the US because he entered 2010?
