Cspa and retention of priority date for derivative benificiary in eb category

I140 FILING DATE: 09/26/12 (REGULAR PROCESSING)

My daughter will be 21 yrs on 02/23/12. I know even with CSPA she might not be able to file i485 as dates for India is far backlogged.

Will she be able to retain my priority date when I apply for her in FB2b?

If yes will she retain priority date even if i change employer after I140 approval?

YUPP she will retain ur pd....new law will signed in 26 december2012...wait untill december.
because US court of appeal has been approve the new cspa law but apposit party still have 2 months for appeal to supream court........if they didt then it ll become law.......just pray
