  • EB 5 regional center question

I am an attorney in florida, and am wondering if a new regional center can 'invest' in another existing regional center's projects? Does anyone know? Thanks, Josephine

    Hi Josephine,

Thank you for your question. We will pass it on to an attorney who may be able to answer it for you.

That question lacks any pertinent details, so the safest answer to such a simple question is "No."

That said, complex negotiations between those "entities" who now hold Regional Center Designation would be required to ferret out pertinent specific details and decide on a proper course of action, if any possibilities are even identified.
