I have received a letter from ETA saying that my case has been transfered to a backlog office in dallas. My employer replied the case should continue open.
I used to check the ILW processing times.
How can I trace or check the status of this new "backlog office" eta-case?
I think this "new backlog office" is making a big mistake re-asking the petitioners if they still want to continue the case. Actually the new office is adding a delay by doing this and the possibility that the reply never gets to the new office...assuming problems with the mail.
