1- How long does it take to receive notice of action after filing Form I-485.Filing location is Houston.
2- My state labor certification was completed in Nov 2004 and was moved to Atlanta regional center. How will PERM effect my case? Atlanta is currently processing June 2003 cases. Also is it prudent to start a new labor certification case under PERM law if it will only take 2 months to process.
