affidavit for removal of condition

my 2 cents:
you cannot be required to submit affidavits if you have enough evidence documents for the simple fact that in the xample list are listed also the birth certificate of kids....what if you have no kids? you don`t get to stay with your spouse because of no kids?....this is nonsense! it cannot be mandatory to have kids hence it cannot be mandatory to have affidavits. Same thing for the house, what if you didn`t buy a house and have no mortgage.
My understanding is that these are examples only and you don't have to fulfill them all.

And with this said i hope i am not wrong cuz we dont have kids yet

If you cannot prove beyond the reasonable doubt that your marriage is indeed not for the greencard, then you ought to move back to your country. The burden of proof is on you, not USCIS. You can move back with your spouse because you married your spouse, not the passport. So the love is still there.

I just got my condition removed and i didnt give an affidavit about our relationship. it is suggested but not required. i think they make a note during your initial interview on what they feel about the case. even though the USCIS website says my case would get reviewed in 6-months, i got approval in about a month.
