Your msg not clear...why your I-485 has been rejected? Work permit (EAD I-765) is totally different from I-485. There must be something that trigger the rejection.

Hi I marry USC bonafide marriage 2 years+. Work permit expire and when filed I-485 it got reject. Can I refile, and this time w/out use lawyer & file with immgration court judge instead of @ district office? Thx
