Do any one know why the TSC is so late in processing I-130's filed in Oct. 2000 as an LPR. I-130's were upgraded on March 2006 when parents become a USC.
Parents also infomed TSC with NCS Confirmation Number, that the Petition has been upgraded.
My understanding is that since this I-130 was file in 2000, and TSC is processing May 7, 2001 This petition should be current.
Will appreciate your assistance.

correct.. only the processing times are not always too accurate, and it takes time for SC to "dig up" upgraded petitions and move them from one pile to another.

I am sure you'll hear something soon.
