TSC Speed processing???

Dear friends,
Please help me. My spouse had filed I130 for me in 2000 in TSC. Then I came here in H1B1.
When he became USC, we requested TSC to upgrade the petition and filed for I485 in August 2004 (RD : Aug 30th 2004)and got finger printed in October 2004.Our local office processing time is 2 years.
But I got another letter from TSC(ND: Aug 27 2004) stating that my case (based on I130 filed in 2000) has been transfered to CSC for speed processig.
when I checked the status on line, it says, the I130 has been received on On August 30, 2004 and will take 990 days to process. Anyone have an idea, what is going on???????

Sometimes one service center gets behind and they will transfer cases to another service center. As of late, there have been many cases being transferred from TSC to CSC.

As far as the projected processing time that you see on the status online, just ignore it. It is meaningless.

So should i check the CSC processing time or the local office (tampa) processing time? Is there any chance my case been approved earlier?
If so what is my petition now? I130 or I 485? I never got a letter from TSC about the upgrade.

I just recently had I-130 petitions transferred from TSC to CSC (for the same reason)and then it was only about 1 week then they were forwarded to the National Benifits Center to schedule interview appointments.
