A few medical conditions can make an alien inadmissiable, this inadmissiability can be temporarily for cases that need to be completly cured or at least treated in order for the foreigner to enter the U.S. as an immigrant, or the inadmissiability can be permanent such as with HIV, substance abuse, mental retardation or other communicable diseases. But usually there are waivers for immigrants coming as a fiancee or spouse of a U.S. citizen.

If your fiancee is generally in good health, no need to worry, it's more of a routine than not.

Hepatitis isnt cured but rather controlled. She can bring a letter from her personal physician stating she was treated and the disease is now controlled by treatment X .. give this to the embassy during interview. The medical form will be in sealed envelope and she wont know whats in there.
