    If a child of parents born in Mexico was born in the US, can he file a I-130 for his parents? And How old does he need to be to do that?

      Yeah a child can sponsor his parents if he is american but he has to be 21

        Only when the child turn 21 that he can start petitioning for parent.Remember mexican priority date(waiting time) is a little bit longer.So it might take between 25 years minimum.

          Once upon a time all an alien woman had to do was just that to get a green card - not anymore unfortunately.
