Hope someone can answer these questions at the side
to calculate if protected per ADLC 2
1. Aliens date of birth
2. Date petition filed (Is this I140 / I485)
3. Date petition approved (is this I140 /I 485 )
4. length of time petition pending (3-2)
5. Date petition became current (is this I140 approved date ? )
6. Date visa became available (later of 3 or 5 )
7. Age of alien on date visa became available (6 - 1 )
8. Age for CSPA purpose; age at time visa became available minus length of thime petition pending (7 - 4 )
