Hey guys 601 and 212 denied got 5year bar serve 3years so far what should i do appeal or just wait the time out and if i wait out time would i have to go through whole process again thanks in advance.

Depends on the country.
You may be better off just waiting it out--you only have 2 years to go and the appeal may take 18 mos. What consulate did you go through?

I got the process done in the us and the paper work sent to embassy in nassau bahamas but i dont understand the wavier was ajudicated in the us.if i wait will i have to go through the entire process again?

The appeal may take 18 months is what NHF said. waiver and appeal are two differnt things.


Why were you originally deported?

And did you use an attorney for the 212/601 hardship waiver ?

notice that this visa-cheat didn't say why he got the boot....like all visa cheats, they dodge the real issue (their own lack of responsibility)....and try to find a sympathetic ear.....sorry...we don't want you in mY country, douchebag....no one cares, no one is going to give you any kind of tourist visa, since you have a habit of thumbing your nose at our laws.....so enjoy the beaches where you are ....and good riddance.

Someone12, I agree they do stupid things when they get here but who are you to be the judge? if you are that clean why are you hiding yourself under a pseudo name? the fact is this people come to America because of economical reasons mostly but i have a good question for you are you ready to clean someones home for $6 an hour,Laborer in a construction project for $8ph, dish washing, I believe you are too good to do any of these jobs, The reality is who will do this jobs if they don't do it, would you accept $8 ph with a large family when your wife is not working n you have rent/mortgage and other bills to pay? Remember, the bar and waiver are one thing, the next issue is getting the visa after the 5 years. And the next entry is still another thing. Even if you have a waiver, you still need to get a visa and then enter the US. With a previous removal, neither of those is likely.
