Visa for home care workers

Does anyone know about how caregivers can get work visas to the US? Canada has the "Live-in-caregiver" visa that can be used for child and elder care. I have been searching the Internet for information about similar visa for the US but without any luck. Can the H-2B be used by caregivers, and if so where and how do you find sponsors? Any leads are appreciated.
