  • G-325A

When submitting a G-325-A for a five year old child with her mothers K-2 application, how should it be signed and by who? Her language uses cyrillic letters and the name must be written in her native language too. Should the child sign it of her mother for her. If hermother signs, should the childs name be written in her native language?

If this is going with her I-130, she doesn't need a G-325a. Just a copy of the birth certificate and the translation.
