        More details......

I-751 Based on the fact that I am still married and living with the same spouse(USC). Joint petition.

No kids as of the date of filing. But I sent in a ton of evidence(Utility bills, Life insurance, Auto insurance, Mortgage statements, affidavit from friends & family etc.).

        Nebraska service center.

              hello and big congratulations!
When you received the notice of action did it tell you how long you would hear from INS? It took 13 months for you to hear from them. did they say that you would hear from in at least 8 months or 6 months? In other words did they give you a time frame?

                  Wish,

When they first sent me Notice of recipt in 2003, the letter said, I should hear from them in 6 months.

Wow- once you did not hear from them in 6months did you try to contact the INS or you just decided to wait? Did they send you a one year temporary card meanwhile or is the notice of action is all you needed?
                    Thanks for responding.

                      Congratulations Arun!!!!

I sent my I-751 to the Nebraska Service Center and I received the NOA a week later.

It seems that it is taking more than a year to be appoved it.

                        Congratulations Arun....!!!

I guess no one is going to get lucky and get approved in that 4-6 months period what they write on NOA.... Probably we all will have to wait for about minimum one year....

                        Michael...

                        "When is the divorce ?"

once I get my GC ... we will have divorce ceremony .... My wife and I are going to organize a small exhibition with time line and stands with photographs .... And u are the only one whom I shall invite to celebrate our divorce.... and there shall be other battered USC spouses so u can find your soul mate just kidding...

Chill out buddy... not everyone is same .... Take care...

hi you guys! Meanwhile the I-751 is pending the NOA is all you need to continue legal right?
Do they send another card? If I want to travel overseas for instance NOA is sufficient.
5months you are one of the lucky ones!
Aguila how is the process going my friend? Estive viajando de novo. saudades do meu amiguinho...
