I-131 reentry permit and InfoPass

Did someone have personal expereinces on how to apply I-131 for re-entry permit? I read the its website, but still have plenty confusions.

I made an appt at Infopass in INS website in order to ask about how to apply I-131 and its requirement. Did anyone have expereinces to meet up via Infopass?
