if you can file i 130 and 485 simultaneously
where can you send them to along with all other forms (work permit....) (immigrate through spouse us citizen)
i know that you can adjust your status (i 485) at your local ins center
what about i 130 can you send it along to or do you have to stick to whatever the form state
for instance i live in utah, form states that people who lives in UT should send it to the nebraska service center
should i send all the forms to local ins center
or should send them to nebraska
and if Nebraska is the answer
where would i have the interview
