This is perfect example to all those who accept the 751 approval knowing full well that they were divorced before it was adjudicated and did not file the 751 waiver.

It will always catch up with you when you apply for citizenship.

as i has informed earlier that i was the plaintiff in my divorce proceedings. i did not know or did not calculate at the time of divorce if i-751 approval after divorce is a crime. any ways, now it seems that it has again been approved without interview. any suggestions
