DS- 3032, Agent choice and address.

Hi everybody!
I just got Aff of support bill and DS-3032, choice of agent.
The question is this.
Can I sign this form myself? My son is a minor and I want to be his agent, but this form requires his signature.
Should I mail it to him, so he can sign it, or for minor children parent signature is ok?
I checked several gov sites but couldn't find the answer.
Please help if you know anything about this.
