re I-130 still waiting

Hi can anyone help? I filed a I-130 through my mother as ummarried child over 21, I got the usual 60 - 999 waiting period. Now I have only 6 weeks for this timeline to expire, soes anyone know the next step? A lawyer, a call to Vermont, write?????? What next? File for my adjustment of status???

can anyone shed some light on this?

the time period given in 797 is just an approximation. The actual waiting time could be a lot longer. You can't file for adjustment of status until you get your visa number.
