client's sister went to consular interview and was denied - does not know why, and papers received do not state reason. I would venture a guess that the sister produced a document showing that she had been in the US. The time of denial has expired and a petition (I-130 (I think)) was filed again wherein the reply was that another petition was not necessary. What do I need to do (besides finding a mentor).
