I don't claim, nor did I ever claimed that Chinese are Cristian AT ALL.

But I do claim that the arguement between two women is nothing but b-itching, and frankly, it is not my style.

      Wow!!! Wow.

With your logic, you have to work for US government.

If I ever discussed Christianity, it was Western Christianity, which as a matter of fact has nothing to do with Christians which I believe I am, and I hope I deserve to be.

As for 'the Chinese by NOT using condoms are closer to Christianity than you claim..', the only thing that they are closer to by recklessly pairing w/each other is overflowing the planet Earth.

Chinese actually need not to use condoms (other than for STD preventiuon) - under the law they are prohibited to have more than one or two children so they are required to get sterilyzed after having max. allowed number of kids , which is one or two.
In China one can also be jailed if one keeps procreating illegally and avoids streilization.

          IE,
There is no Chinese law that mandates women are to be sterilized after they give birth to a child. This is absolutely preposterous and I have no idea where you got this idea other than you made it up. The law of 1 child is not absolute. In the rural areas, it is not uncommon to have maybe two or even three children, but the parents have to get permission first. The permission comes with a "fine" which is normally very substantial. Additionally, the woman can give up the child for adoption, but would also need to get permission to legally have another child.

Most Chinese enforce the law voluntarily through Chinese medicine and/or condoms. It is also not uncommon for the woman to have an abortion. Generally, the woman will only have the child when they can afford one.

One final note, viagra and other similar products are very popular in China right now. This very fact contradicts the post you just made.

You are absolutely worthless of my time Mr. brick-head-Hudson, or else I would spend few minutes pulling up all the nesessary info to argue my point with you (on top of pulling various Circuit Court appeals and BIA decisions on Asylum cases of Chinese nationals who requested refuge from totalitarian laws [restricted number of children] imposed on them in China).

Popularity of viagra in China has no relevance to the subject of "Chinese usage of condoms" (if your winny doesn't stand , no matter you are Chinese or Portugalian, condom would simply be useless) and you better take some alkaseltzer before you post next time.

Hey, iperson , we remember you

If you want to know current reproductive laws in China all you need to do is spend few minutes searching for it.
We brought this "CONDOM" subject to lighten things up and make some jokes but Hudson took it too seriously and there you see my responce

Also, judging from your post, you may be interested in joining www.fairus.org - they are all about population control

              Cheers,

-quote-Maybe you should know what the laws are currently in China.-quote-

Why on earth would I know the laws in China?

I don't know, and I don't want to know but...

I can't help but agree with AF that China is controling population by not allowing chinese to have more than a few children. Do they sterilyze men? Yes indeed.

I thought I made it clear that it is non of my business controling population, or saving the world from any kind of disaster or cruelty, except for those originated in me.

That was enough BS for now

                    Listen laddie,
My wife is from the PRC and I have spent some time there. So, I have some point of reference to speak of. So, lets get the facts straight shall we.

                    1. It is true, as I have stated, that China does implement a one child rule. However, that rule is not always universal, especially when you are talking about the rural villages where the law is often provided exceptions.

                    2. You now mention assylees. This is primarily based on political and/or religious persecution in China, which happens. One argument that is often brought forth is multiple child births to help with the processing and approval of assylee cases. But make no mistake, there is no Chinese law that mandates that all Chinese women, which you state in your previous post, are to be sterilized. This fact is indisputable.

                    3. Sterilization: Chinese law does permit sterilization under certain circumstances. For instance, Chinese authorities treat non-appproved religious organizations as a disease and mental retardation, which gives the government the authority to perhaps sterilize, both men and women. However, this is the exception of the rule and is doen with extreme precaution because of the political image, if found out. Most Fulon Gong members have not been sterilized, but rather, "re-educated." Most of the cases are probably either Fulon Gong or Protestants.

If you bring out the BIE cases to support that all Chinese women are to be sterlized, then you are misusing the BIE and court cases.

                    CASE CLOSED.

                      Hudson !

We brought "CONDOM" issue to lighten things up and make some jokes, not to seriously debate particulars of the Chinese laws.

This being said, if I, for a second, was serious about this issue it would take me less than few minutes to get all the facts straight and maximum few hours to interrogate a dozen of former Chinese nationals - so that you would deeply regret your boasting about your knowledge of Chinese customs and laws.
But I am not interested in wasting my time on this.

P.S. BTW, what is BIE Did you mean BIA

                        Laddie,
It was not the condom use that I was responding to specifically, it was this:
"...under the law they are prohibited to have more than one or two children so they are required to get sterilyzed after having max. allowed number of kids , which is one or two."

This is what you stated in post dated 6/24/2006 at 9:58am. There is no factual basis, the sterilizaton of the population as a whole, in this statement, whether for amusement or not. And I know of exceptions to the program that you are referring to. I also know which sources you are probably going to recite, I also know that in most cases, abortion is preferred. But when either abortion or sterilization is used, it is in conjuction with either the religious or political beliefs of the subject, which happen to be contrary to the STATE of PRC. And I want to make this perfectly clear, I am not arguing for the program, I am directly diputing your claim as the general rule. If you choose to follow up on the challenge that you initiated, you are more than welcome to try and fail.

                            Hudson,

the point of his statement was to show most probably me (because it was me - who was stupid enough to make my innocent, senseless joke available to the general public) that sterilized Chinese don't have to use condom, because they don't have the ability to reproduce.
No one cares, whether China institutes mandatory or voluntary sterilization or no sterilization at all => if you have a strong desire to argue, choose something MORE interesting to argue about.

Like for example, how many sesame seeds there are on a Burger King's bun?
