Gee, Ms. Stock and pro-immigrationists just don't seem to believe that Americans can do anything. We can't or won't do the low-paying unskilled jobs, and we can't do the high-paying ones, either (which won't be so high-paying if companies can bring whomever they want over). Just how on earth did we manage to survive and flourish during the last century without the high levels of immigration that we have now?!
