Dear Reader,
Myself and my wife are her in the US under B1/B2 VISA.
We came here for tourism and my wife was pragnent and gave birth to a baby boy on the 10th of Jan 2006.
We would like to extend our I94 expiring on end of April.
We would like to live here and have to boy live in a country of rights like the US.
A friend of mine told me to go ahead and extend my I94 for extra 6 months and maybe by that time the bill of temp worker visa will become a law and have the possibility of 3 year stay.
What do you suggest?
Are the extentions of I94 autaumaticly approved?
What reasons can I give?
Should I say that since my wife gave birth we didn`t have that much time to do tourism?
