h1b and pending immigration petition

I have recently got h1b approval, yet stamping is not done, also there is one derivative immigrant petition is pending, In which I am following to join derivatives of my fathers I 140 petition.
Is this situation make any problem when I will go for h1b stamping ??
Please give me suggestion on this matter ??
