  • Question for those who have travelled with advanced parole

I just got my AP based on my I-485 application. I fell weary about all this talk that "you can travel, but it doesn't guarantee re-entry."

I've been in the US since '99 and was never out of legal status.

I'd love to hear from individuals who travelled on AP in this situation. Did you have any trouble?

    Thanksssss

Put through secondary, but no real trouble.

No problem at all, had to go to seperate office but that is routine.

I am not a lawyer nor do I claim to be one so please double-check any information given by me, or anyone else for that matter, with a certified (immigration)lawyer before you take any further steps.

Thanks.. So you don't get questioned at all? I remember back on F-1, they'd come up with weirdest questions before letting me in...
