You are happily married!! Are you from moon ? all grints must follow rules if they want to stay in USA. If you have conditional green card, you need to file I-751 before 90 days. Abuse and divorce will start after filing this form!! Congratulations on defrauding innocent USC!

            Hi TexasL,

people here will need more information about your status to answer your question.

Are you conditional PR? When was the status granted (GC issue date)? I am assuming you received GC through marriage.

              TexasL,
First of all please ignore ****.

Yes you need to file the I-751 if you already have the 2 year green card. If you have it, look at the date on that card shown as expiry date. 90 days before that date you see there, you should file the I-751 with evidences that you are married and living together.
