I'm Lulac/Life applicant, I entered without inspection then I left the U.S in 1984 and came back with student visa. Do you know or have an idea what I should answer to question 8 and 9 on Form I-690 (Application for Waiver of Ground of Excludability)

Please help: I did LIFE case back in march 2004, I withdraw my application because I have other sources to get my green card. My question is Can I apply again since I am a Lulac class member? When is the last day for this chance to get my green card?
