had my n-400 interview back in oct 10 on CA, based on 3 years marriage to us citizen,i had my last 3 years of joint tax return,several bills of both our names,joint bank account,,,etec,,,,and he ask me if at any point if i seperat from my wife i said no and she make me sign at a paper saying that,,,,the fact i had an issue with my wife and i left the house for the last few months,,,i was deabating if i go to the interview or not,,i wish i didn't go,,,,the next day the officer called my wife which promised she will never say anything about seperation,,the fact i don't exactelly what was her answers to the officer,,i am kind very worry about the outcome,,,,,,at the interview she handle me the result of the interview stating we will mail you a desion,,,,,,,,,,may i withdraw my application while it is pending?,,,i feel it better than talking the risk,,,can i do that,,,,plaese help

Oh brother, what a mess! I don't know if withdrawing the application would clear it up. Appearing at the interview and failing to disclose a material fact that is the very basis upon which you are eligible, could simply result in a denial (which would mean another 5 year wait to reapply). On the other hand, if the AO wishes to be rigid, it could mean more in terms of future eligibility and good moral character.
Don't wish to concern you, but I think this is not the place to pose such a question and get an accurate representation of what is what. I'm just conjecturing the possible "what ifs" Get thee to an immigration attorney fast.The above is simply an opinion. Your mileage may vary.
