Why would you ask for Asylum and then go back to the same country you wanted out of? I thought if you ask for asylum it is because you are being persecuted and fear for your life,or was it a lie to get permanent residence.

no, it's because this dirtbag somehow successfully lied to our authorities (twice, I might add...once when he got a visa and a second time telling his phony stories about alleged persecution...the Ceauceascu's have been dead since 1989) and now wants to go back to where he knows there was NEVER any fear of persecution and try to scam other members of his family to America.Comment
