Hello I am preparing to go to Sweden to file the I-130 for my husband. He was not allowed back in the US after travelling abroad since there was no I-131 filed. I know I have to file the I-130 along with the G-325's for both of us and appear in person at the US Embassy. Does anybody have any advice on what to expect when I arrive. I am completely clueless on this process. Any feedback is welcome.
