Sept 2010 Ana enter USA on visitor B2 Visa with invitation from her friend USA Citizen.
January 2011 Ana visited a Doctor and Ana was told that she is pregnant. She paid cash for the Doctor’s visit. Ana was pregnant from her friend’s brother Peter also USA Citizen. The pregnancy happened December 2010.
The Doctor told Ana that she can apply for Emergency Medical Assistance and direct her to the social worker.
End of January 2011 Ana made appointment with the social worker and gave to the social worker all documents incl. the passport with the visa and the social worker prepares the application for Emergency Medical Assistance (Moms & Babies Emergency Medical Assistance).
The Doctor sad to Ana and Peter that whether the baby will be healthy or will have problems (for i.e. Down Syndrome) can be found after tests after 4-th month of the pregnancy, what will be April 2011.
Ana and Peter decided to wait for the Doctor’s test about the baby condition before to choose what to do with complicated situation.
Ana B2 Visa expire end of March 2011 and in the beginning of March 2011 Ana applied for extension of B2 Visitor Visa and the extension was approved to the end of September 2011.
After applying for extension of B2 Visa Ana received approval of the Moms & Babies Emergency Medical Assistance.
End of April 2011 the Doctor made all necessary tests and sad to Ana and Peter that the baby is 100% healthy.
After that Ana and Peter decided to marry and keep and take care of the baby.
They made Engagement in the Beginning of the May 2011 and they married the end of May 2011.
August 2011 they filed application for Ana Green Card.
In the Beginning of Sept 2011 the child was born.
INS scheduled in person interview in January 2012.
Are there some problems with Ana application for Green Card?
Is there some inadmissibility issue. For example applying for Moms & Babies Emergency Medical Assistance when on Visitor B2 Visa or applying for extension on visitor Visa B2 when pregnant and already applied for Moms & Babies Emergency Medical Assistance or ……
