A friend of mine recently obtain his Green Card. He has aging ailing parents that he wishes to sponsor so that they can live with him in the USA. Is there any way that this is possible ? Current known law do not allow visits for periods in excess of 6 months, and sponsoring of parents is not allowed until a GC holder becomes a citizen. Does anyone know anything different ? Please advise. Merci.
