  • Visa Waiver/overstayed

Hi! I overstayed my last entry under the visa waiver program in 1994 for 28 days. The I reentered the US in 1995; immigration held my passport but I was allowed to enter. Now I am reentering again under the vwpp and I hope I will be admitted...Any inputs???

Do not be surprised if you are denied admission. INS is less tolerant nowadays for people who have overstyed the waiver program. Be sure and bring an extra book for the flight back home.
