We have married recently in Europe and we have one year old daughter. SinceIam American, Ithought things are easy.Their I-130 application was approved and I have submitted affidavit support(I-864) for both my wife and daughter to state department here in the U.S.and hopefully the case will be approved and later the whole package will be send to the American Embassy abroad.
Then my wife has to collect police certificate, birth certificate, passport and so on documents before she goes to the interview and medical examination to get a Visa.
However, my question is- she lives in Europe as a refugee and I don't know how she will acquire a passport and police certificate. Do you think she can acquire a traveling document from American Embassy abroad?
