  • AOS interview and feedback

    hello just curious
I did an interview in may of 2008 and after the interview , two things interview mentioned FBI background check and a immigration court case that need to be administratively closed before any decision can be made.
what does it means if the court finds no case on a defendant but the case did not closed administratively . What does it take to close it .. also the interviewer said that he/she was going to inquire to have it closed
My question is there a time line which the interviewer by law is required to notify applicant about decision made?
