Marriage fraud is a permanent bar against a second green card through another marriage but I see nothing about preventing someone found to have committed marriage fraud from getting a green card through a child born in the US. Is this correct?

I know of some cases involving aliens (with proven marriage frauds) who have been flagged as being ineligible for "any" future immigration benefits, so this is really an interesting test case, if the subsequent petitioner is not another USC spouse but a USC adult son or daughter.
