    Hi,

This is Sanjay gupta. here is my problem. I came here as a student, in
summer vacation, I went to meet my friend to whom i knew before i came here. we
got married after we met and I got my conditional PR. since our house is at
country area there are no job opportunitines we were having hard time staying
there and then my wife and i discussed about moving to a bigger city, to find a
better paying job. then I moved in a bigger city. Since my wife has a back pain
problem, she can't work hard so I'm working in a big city and running the the
house. Couples of times, I asked my wife to move with me where I'm staying right
now, but she rejects because she doesn't want to be away from her parents,
brothers and sisters + her kids (from her X-husband). Right now we're not
staying together because of the job differences, but I visit home in holidays
    and we meet each other.

I applied to remove the conditions on my PR but it is already been 6 months
since I received NOA. I didn't receive any finger print notice or any interview
noticed after that. sir/madam please tell me if I am going to have a problem with the
immigration because my wife and I are not staying together due to the job
differences. I told my wife that I want to come home and look for a job around
there but she doesn't want me to be there. She says, she doesn't like me to be
there with her. So I'm in this harsh situation right now. One hand, I don't like
to stay away from my wife and the other hand, there are no jobs where she is
staying right now. Also my wife says, she doesn't want to move here with me.
Actually I love her and don't want to divorce her although she doesn't respect
my feelings and doesn't response my phone calls some times. sir/madam, what happens if
we get divorce right now? can i still get my PR? Your advice would be
    appreciated!

You should wait until you receive a letter from the INS.
The letter may approve your petition, request for additional information or require you to schedule an interview in a local INS office.
The fact that you work in a city is irrelevant. It seems to me that you and your wife are still together since you are home every weekend, share bills etc.

Thanks Emmy. I Appreciate it. Yes we're together and we don't have any problem in our married life. The only thing is we didn't hear anything from the Nebraska service center since 6 months so, I was just wondering why it is happening and what happens in this case. Is it normal thing and is it happening with lots of people beside me? Since I'm new on this site, I don't know more about the immigration rules and regulations. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I haven't received my biometric notification appointment or any interview notification yet. What I had received was just NOA right after I filed I751. This says that, your conditional....is extended for one year. After that I didn't receive anything. Is it a normal thing which is happening with everyone? It's already been 6 months sine I filed i751 and the servicing center is Nebraska.

Have you changed your address since you have moved to new location?

No sir, I have not changed my address since I moved to new location. I'm just working pretty far from home but I have not used the other addresses. Thanks!

                  Hey SICKOFILLEGALS;

what's your problem man? Don't you know how to behave with people? I don't think you are an American citizen because the American people are very civilized and they know how to behave with people. The American people don't talk about the religion and they are not racist either. Just learn the civilization from America and learn how to respect the Americans. You should also learn to respect the American law and order! Good luck!
