  • What options do we have?

Why wait four years for name check? I wish I had a reference number, I don't. But I learned the FBI cleared and returned my name check to USCIS on March 21, 2008. They had originall recieved my N400 application on 4-20-2007. However to date, no one at USCIS is admitting they have it. What legal actions can I take to get them to process. I have not had an interview, just fingerprints.

Have your congressman/woman send a letter to USCIS. USCIS only listens and helps fraudsters, they do not help law abiding people.
I am not racist. I am not anti-immigrant. I am AGAINST CRIMINALS, FRAUDSTERS, WHO DISOBEY THE LAW, BREAK THE LAW AND PERPETRATE THE FRAUD.

You may not like what I have to say but that does not mean I am wrong.
