Please tell me if an I-130 is approved and NVC gets the affadavit of support and then sends the bill for IV i.e $380.00, but it is not paid in time i.e 0ne year what happens?

The packet will be returned to the USCIS due to abandonment and it's gonna be a slow and tough grind by then. May have to write to the USCIS for revalidation of the I-130 petition and hopefully they'll pay attention in time or at all, well, after the obvious lack of attention by the petitioner to this very time-sensitive process.
