  • Tax question

I'm about to file AOS based on marriage to a US citizen [legal entry, F-1 visa overstay] I've been working without work authorization and filed my taxes as a US resident (1040EZ). Should I have filed my taxes as an alien? Will that affect my AOS negatively? Thanks for your replies.
