You can change employer after I-485 has been pending for over 180 days, as long as the type of company and type of position are similar to that of the original petitioner. There is no form to fill out. Simply write a letter to USCIS alerting them of the new employer and documenting the similarity aforementioned.

Hello-
I am on AOS ( I-485 pending). I got my I-140 approved almost 2 years ago and I-485 has been pending since then. Would like to explore the other potential opportunities with other employers.
What if my current employer revoke my 140 application and use it for someone else ?
Would revoking my 140 result in a subsequesnt I-485 denial ?
Could someone suggest me the process of changing employers by triggering the AC21 ?
