This is a good one if you have leftover beef
Bar-B-Que
1 1/2 Lbs. Shredded Cooked Roast Beef
3 onions (sliced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 12 Oz. bottle chili sauce
4 1/2 Tbs. vinegar
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1 cup water
1 Tsp. dry mustard
2 Tsp. worchestershire sause
1 Tsp. salt
Simmer onions in butter, then add rest of ingredients and cook on low 1/2 hours. Add shredded beef. Served on toasted buns.
